General Conditions

Our package prices are guaranteed upon full payment received. Dharohar Cottages reserves the right to re-invoice your reservation should an error be made in computing your package price. Package rates, inclusions and options are subject to change without notice. Restrictions may apply.

The terms and conditions of the transportation providers & vendors (including all applicable tariffs) shall apply to all transportation services and vendor managed packages.

Checkin & Checkout

Check-in time is between 2 PM to 8 PM and check out before 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-outs depend on availability and can be subject to additional price. Kindly inform us in advance if you think your check-in or check-out time falls outside the above mentioned time window.

House Rules

Gratuities, laundry, meals, beverages, sightseeing or any other incidentals at the homestay are the responsibility of the guest.

Accommodations for guests with disabilities, types of bedding and smoking preferences are on a request-only basis and subject to availability at the time of check-in. Please advise us of any special needs at the time of booking.

(1) Vaccination certificate of 2 doses  along with Government Photo Id card for all guests who would be staying.

(2) Check-in: 2 PM to 8 PM/Check-out Time: 11 AM.

(3) Visitors : No visitors are allowed.

(4) We provide homemade meals on pre order. (Veg/Eggs). Guests are expected to have their meals in the dining area only.

(5) Room Service : There is no room service. Only beverages (Tea/Coffee) can be served in the cottage.

(6) Toiletries :We don’t provide bathing soaps, shampoo etc. Towels will be provided.

(7) No outside food in the dining area.

(8) Silence hours from 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs. No loud noises or loud music.

(9) No smoking inside rooms.

(10) No pets allowed.

(11) Any damages will be charged at MRP / actual repair costs.

(12) Consumption of Alcohol is prohibited in shared spaces (Gazebo, Lawn and any other areas which are not private)

(13) Heater/ Blower : Can be arranged at an additional cost on per day basis.

(14) No entry in property after 10 PM.

(15) Cleaning services are performed once a week (Long term Guests)

(16) Payments: Full amount to be transferred to the bank account / GPAY to book the cottage.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is based on Airbnb’s policies. Out of the options available, we have chosen the simplest one.

Applicable cancellation Option: Full refunds for cancellations made within 48 hrs of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% Refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check in. No Refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in.

Applicable Law and Responsibility

It is agreed by and between you and Dharohar Cottages that all claims, disputes and matters whatsoever arising under or in connection with these policies and procedures shall be governed by the laws of the state of Himachal Pradesh/Republic of India (without regard to conflict of laws) and shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court of Baijnath, Himachal Pradesh, India, to the exclusion of the courts of any other state or country.

Dharohar Cottages is not responsible for any error or omission. Dharohar Cottages shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss, injury (including personal injury), or any damage caused or arising in connection with customer’s travel or other services or products provided through Dharohar Cottages, including but not limited to, any transportation, accommodations, attractions, meals, or other services or any acts of God, weather, strikes, acts of Government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, hijacks, thefts, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
